    Sales assistant task
    -Creating documents such as estimation or invoice
    -Contacting suppliers
    -Controlling and managing delivery date and shipping
    -Checking deposit from clients
    -Reporting to the Japanese Manager

    Admin task
    -Scheduling business trip and booking flights and hotels
    -Customs clearance
    -Other tasks needed

资格

  • 应征条件

    ★Must
    -Japanese N2 level for contacting with Japanese HQ
    -Sales assistant experience more than 3 years
    -Working experience in Japanese company

    ★Advantage
    -Good command of English
    -Handling import, export task before
    -Working experience in Japanese trading firm
