    - Receiving necessary information for the contract and design, supply of shoring system such as BQ, delivery and construction schedule.
    - Preparing and submission of quotation and negotiation with clients.
    - Negotiation of contract with clients.
    - Administration of construction site.
    - Procurement support and controlling subcontractors.
    - Arrangement and adjustment of design, material supply and construction with main contractor.
    - Delivery control and collection of proceeds.

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>

    <Better>
    - Bachelor of civil/building engineering
    - ACAD, SAP2000, Microsoft Office
    - English TOEI 700 (or Japanese upper)
