1. Quản lý nhân sự và phát triển đội ngũ• Tổ chức cơ cấu bộ máy nhân sự nhà máy, phân công nhiệm vụ hợp lý.• Đào tạo, huấn luyện và đánh giá năng lực đội ngũ quản lý, kỹ thuật, công nhân.• Xây dựng văn hóa kỷ luật, tinh thần cải tiến và làm việc nhóm trong toàn nhà máy.4. Quản lý chi phí và ngân sách• Xây dựng, quản lý và kiểm soát ngân sách hoạt động của nhà máy.• Phân tích định mức chi phí, vật tư, năng lượng; đề xuất các biện pháp tiết kiệm, cải tiến hiệu quả sử dụng nguồn lực.5. Quản lý hệ thống và cải tiến• Duy trì, giám sát việc thực hiện các hệ thống quản lý: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 5S, Kaizen…• Triển khai các dự án cải tiến công nghệ, đổi mới thiết bị, tự động hóa quy trình sản xuất.• Tham gia các dự án mở rộng nhà máy, đầu tư mới, phát triển sản phẩm mới khi được giao.6. Báo cáo và phối hợp• Báo cáo định kỳ về sản xuất, chất lượng, chi phí, nhân sự, thiết bị cho Ban Điều hành.• Phối hợp với các phòng ban (Kinh doanh, Kỹ thuật, Mua hàng, Kho vận, QA…) để đảm bảo hoạt động xuyên suốt.
