1. Nhiệm vụ chính:• Xây dựng, triển khai chiến lược truyền thông và kế hoạch quản trị nhãn hàng/ sản phẩm phụ trách• Xây dựng chiến lược MKT phát triển thương hiệu & doanh số hàng năm/ quý thông qua hiểu biết về ngành hàng, xu hướng thị trường, nhu cầu của các phân khúc khách hàng• Xây dựng kế hoạch ngân sách năm của nhãn hàng.2. Nội dung công việc: - Thu thập thông tin các vấn đề: thị trường, người tiêu dùng, các hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh.- Theo dõi việc nghiên cứu thị trường: so sánh và đánh giá về giá trị của sản phẩm/thương hiệu của công ty và các nhãn hiệu cạnh tranh..- Làm việc với các công ty nghiên cứu thị trường để tiến hành các dự án nghiên cứu thị trường một cách kịp thời và có hiệu quả.- Xây dựng kế hoạch Marketing tổng thể, kế hoạch định hướng thương hiệu & ngân sách của nhãn hàng / thương hiệu được giao quản lý bao gồm ATL (TV, Print,Internet. Radio, OOH) và BTL (event, tài trợ, khuyến mãi…)- Phối hợp với các công ty dịch vụ marketing chuyên nghiệp (quảng cáo báo chí, PR,media, OOH,…) để chuẩn bị và thực hiện các chương trình quảng cáo, tiếp thị, dưới sự quản lý và theo dõi của Phó Tổng Giám đốc Marketing.- Theo dõi, giám sát tiến độ kịp thời và hiệu quả cho các chương trình tiếp thị /marketing đã triển khai. Đóng góp và thúc đẩy tới doanh số bán hàng của công ty và tăng trưởng lợi nhuận.- Triển khai trực tiếp các hoạt động Marketing. Đảm bảo tính kịp thời và hiệu quả.- Lên kế hoạch và phương án đánh giá cụ thể hiệu quả triển khai của các hoạt động Marketing, quảng cáo, tiếp thị. Theo dõi tiến độ triển khai và hiệu quả của các dự án,chương trình Marketing, tiếp thị… và báo cáo thường xuyên cho TP Marketing.- Theo dõi và phân tích số liệu bán hàng theo định kỳ.- Quản lý việc phân bổ và quyết toán ngân sách cho thương hiệu mình quản lý.
