<Responsibility>- You will be in charge of all of accounting task as Chief Accountant.<Detail>- Set up and improve accounting systems and process to meet business needs and maximize effectiveness of operations.- Perform advanced reviews of business operational trends and expected obligations to prepare accurate budgets/forecasts.- Handle month-end and year-end finances by managing and reporting financial data and other data.- Suggest to BOD for smoothly business operations in the references with updated laws (tax law, business law,civil law, labor law, social insurance law…)- Support head-office in monthly tax declaration and yearly tax assessment.- Solid knowledge of tax law & invoice issues- Contract review & solutions & avoid legal risks.- Manage the entire accounting cycle, including gathering information, prep aring documents, finalizing reportsand closing books. - Support monthly reporting analysis to achieve validation of internal reports and to reconcile production operations and general ledger.
