【Job Summary】We are a company that operates Japanese restaurants.Now, we are looking for a Chief accountant.【Job Description】- Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.- Report to the Board of Directors on the company's cash flow, payment lists, and earnings reports on the company's financial activities.-Prepare and prepare documentation for company payments and invoices through the books of account- Follow up and operate fixed assets, check and maintain monthly inventory- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable liabilities- Negotiates with relevant companies on issues related to purchase orders, PR, VAT invoices, payment arrangements, etc.- In cooperation with other departments, collect and verify sufficiency and legality of all invoices and accounting documents in order to comply with government regulations- Manage all bookings in a fast accounting software (outsourced accounting services)∙ Review and manage all reports submitted to the tax department, including VAT, CIT, PIT, and financial reports- Compliance with Vietnamese laws on accounting and effective management of working capital- Audit coordination: Cooperate with external auditors during financial audits. Audit Coordination: Cooperate with external auditors during financial audits, address audit findings and implement necessary improvements.- Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of all reports related to daily operations.- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting documents. Completes all documents in accordance with government and company regulations.
