They are a manufacturing company of apparel products, and they have some factory in Vietnam for their own apparel brand and export their products to Japan.
<Hiring reason>
They are going to start a warehouse service to manage their products in Vietnam, and their existing team leader will be assigned and they need the replacement.
<Job Summary>
1. Managing 3 team Vietnamese members(39 year-old, 37 year-old, 35 year-old, all of them are female)
2. Taking care of all the production process in their own brand factory
3. Working closely with HQ to report the production
Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Age: Over 30 year-old(because other team members are over 35 year-old)
- Experience: More than 5 year experience of MD for Japan/Management experience
- Language: N2 to contact with HQ in Japan
- Personality: Have a Leadership, active, can work without any direction from manager

- Experience: working directly with manufacturing company(not via trading company)English Level
