• Job Description

  Reporting to the Sales Manager based in DIC Vietnam, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies of pigment products to attain the desired business objectives in Vietnam.
   -Drive forward looking sales strategies to grow pigment business by acquiring and developing new customers and establish a positive reputation as a valuable business partner committed to our customers’ success
   -Build a positive and long term relationship with existing key customers to retain and to motivate them to further grow existing business and explore opportunities in new potential business segment
   -Explore opportunities in new business environments
   -Implement continuous sales performance evaluations and improvements, to ensure a high level of customer’s satisfaction and retention
   -Maintain an excellent understanding of the technical applications of our new & current products and regularly update our customers.
   -Develop and strengthen the sales team in terms of technical knowledge, sales techniques, communication and motivation
   -Generate regional business support information which includes monitoring of key competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making.
