• Job Description

  ●Report to Japanese Sales Manager
  - Answer customer’s question about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  - Arrange and direct delivery and installation of products and equipment.
  - Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problem and to provide ongoing support.
  - Contact regular and prospective customer to demonstrate products, explain product features and solicit orders.
  - Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery date.
  - Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following lead from existing clients, participating in organization and clubs and attending trade shows and conferences .
  - Monitor market conditions, product innovation, and competitor’s product, prices, and sales.
  - Prepare drawings, estimate and bids that meet special customer needs.
  - Provide customer with product samples and catalogs.
  - Recomment product to customers based on customer’s need and interests.
  - Oversee third party consultants & key accounts hired to assist with strategic initiatives – Handling Distributors and Agents.
  - Actively lead strategic projects as assigned by the executive team through the strategic planning process – Lead and follow up with Projects.
  - Provide support of the sales process and overall business development team – Collaborating to close sales and develop new sales.
  - Any other sales related tasks assigned by his superior.
