• Job Description

  1. Training.
  - Making training plan and training schedule.
  - Preparing / Improvement a training material
  - To conduct a training course for Internal & External trainee base on a master schedule.
  - To conduct a product training.
  - To maintain and control a training room (Training material/ Tool / Equipment)
  2. Other duties.
  - Preparing document which are informed a change of specification, standard, product information
  - Support and guide Dealer follow company service standardization
  - CS evaluation
  - To control and monitor all document (WSM, Maintenance chart, ….) for company & Dealers.
  - To translate technical document.
  - Making a Monthly report
  - Other duties assigned by Head of section.
