  -Acquire basic solution knowledge during initial training in Hanoi.
  -Perform daily administrative and support duties in Vietnam to understand business workflows in Japan.
  -Participate in sales and factory training after being assigned to the Japan headquarters.
  -Accompany senior sales managers on corporate client visits in targeted regions across Japan.
  -Identify potential client needs and propose customized solutions.
  -Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and support.
  -Coordinate between internal operations teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  -Participate in overseas branch visits or factory tours as assigned.
  -Support localization and translation project requirements for Japanese clients.
