  <Job Summary>
  They are seeking a high-caliber Branch Manager to lead and drive business growth for our operations in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee branch sales, installation/maintenance operations, and team performance, serving as a key executive to expand Fujitec's market presence in the building infrastructure and elevator industry across the region.

  - Overall management and strategic leadership of the branch, driving top-line revenue growth and operational profitability.
  - Formulate and execute sales strategies targeting high-rise developers, general contractors, architectural firms, and commercial building owners.
  - Oversee branch operations, including sales pipelines, installation project milestones, and post-installation maintenance/after-sales services.
  - Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing branch team (sales, engineering, and administrative personnel).
  - Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients, partners, and local government authorities.
  - Report directly to top executive management on branch KPIs, market trends, financial performance, and business forecasts.
