  【Job Summary】
  - Responsibility as a Fashion Designer
  
  【Job description】
  1. Design & Product development :
  - Create seasonal collections (casual wear, office wear, street wear, ….) aligned with brand identity
  - Develop sketches, technical drawings, and detailed design specs.
  - Select fabrics, trims, colors, and fits suitable for Vietnam's climate and customer preferences.
  2. Market & Trend research :
  - Have deep understanding about local market
  - Monitor local fashion trends, consumer behavior and competitors in Vietnam
  - Transfer global trends into commercially viable designs for domestic market
  - Conduct store visits and analyze sales feed back
  3. Sample development :
  - Work with pattern makers and sample teams to develop prototypes
  - Review fittings and make design adjustments for fit, comfort, and cost efficiency
  4. Production coordination :
  - Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
  - Coordinate with production team with technical clarification when needed
