    - Bachelor's degree
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
    - Good communication in English (Intermediate level)
    - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    - In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Java/Spring Framework.

    <PREFER>
    - Knowledge or experience in retail, POS systems, or the recycling industry.
