    【Job Summary】
    The company is the Vietnamese branch of a reputable Japanese trading firm originally specializing in chemical raw materials for cosmetics. Driven by strategic directions from the Japanese headquarters, the company is dynamically shifting its business model to become a comprehensive trading firm (Sogo Shosha) in Vietnam. This position requires an aggressive and capable Sales Manager to co-work directly with the newly appointed Japanese General Director to open up new business channels and restructure the organization.

    The successful candidate will take charge of managing a local team of two sales representatives, elevating their field-sales capabilities, and establishing structured KPI management. Beyond day-to-day sales coordination, the manager will leverage technical product knowledge and import/export expertise to streamline supply chain operations. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and high-level Japanese communication to successfully lead the company into its next profitable phase.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Develop and execute sales strategies to transform the company into a comprehensive trading firm.
    - Pioneer and develop new business opportunities and clients in various industrial sectors across Vietnam.
    - Manage, mentor, and control KPIs for the existing local sales team to shift them from internal tasks to proactive field sales.
    - Oversee and optimize import/export documentation, logistics, and trading operations.
    - Collaborate closely with the Japanese General Director to execute corporate turnaround and business development plans.
    - Maintain and improve the current harmonious office atmosphere while implementing professional discipline and management.
    - Utilize technical knowledge of chemical or industrial raw materials to provide effective product proposals to B2B clients.
    - Align local sales targets and progress with the upcoming September fiscal year-end goals to drive profitability.
    - Support and guide internal staff (such as the interpreter) who wish to transition into sales roles.
    - Other related tasks assigned by the General Director and Japanese headquarters.

  • 応募条件

    <Must>
    - Japanese N2Advanced (Communicate in Japanese with Japanese GD)
    - Technical knowledge regarding chemical or cosmetics raw materials.
    - More than 5 years of sales experience in Japanese companies by visiting clients directly, coupled with hands-on experience in import/export (trade/logistics) operations.
    - More than 3 years of human management experience.
    - Proven people management skills and the ability to control KPIs.
    - An aggressive, field-oriented personality ("going outside").
    - Someone who understands corporate management principles and can mentor subordinates while respecting team harmony.

    <Prefer>
    - Experience in corporate turnaround or starting up new business divisions within a trading firm.
    - Have experience studying or working in Japan
