  【Job Summary】
  We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Customs Clearance Staff to join our operations team in Ho Chi Minh City. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth importation and distribution of raw materials used in the cosmetics, personal care, food, and health-related industries.
  
  As a member of the supply chain and operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating import and export activities, managing customs clearance procedures, communicating with logistics providers, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  
  【Job description】
  -Coordinate import and export shipments from overseas suppliers and group companies
  -Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations
  -Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with Vietnamese import/export regulations
  -Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse providers
  -Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
  -Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding shipping status and documentation requirements
  -Manage inventory-related logistics activities and warehouse coordination
  -Resolve logistics and customs-related issues in a timely manner
  -Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
  -Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost management.
  -Other related tasks.
