  • 仕事内容

    1. Import-Export & Customs Management (65%)
    - Manage the full import process from Japan to Vietnam to ensure goods arrive on time and legally.
    - Directly handle issues with Customs authorities and relevant Government agencies.
    - Select, manage, and evaluate 3PL providers (Forwarders/Brokers) to optimize logistics costs and service quality.
    2. Domestic Warehouse & Distribution Logistics (20%)
    - Maintain high inventory accuracy between physical stock and on systems.
    - Enforce strict FIFO/FEFO protocols (especially for supplements/FMCG).
    - Plan and coordinate domestic transportation schedules to optimize transportation costs
    3. Product Registration (RA) & Compliance (15%)
    - Final review for all product registration dossiers (RA) to ensure they follow Government regulations.
    - Stay updated on new Laws/Decrees to ensure products are legally compliant for market circulation.
    4. Others:
    - Report directly to the General Director and Japan HQ;
    - Support & cooperate with other teams when needed.

  • 応募条件

    {MUST}
    - Graduated from University
    - Japanese at least N2 level or above and English is at least Conversation level (can read documents in English well)
    - Having at least 5 years experience in Logistics/Import-Export/Warehouse and having At least 2 years in a Leadership/Supervisory role.
    - Strong experience in imports products from oversea.
    - Experience working with Government Authorities (Customs, VFA…) is a must.
    -Comprehensive knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations related to the job
    - Good communication skill.
    - Good at Microsoft office.
    - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    - High sense of responsibility and leadership mindset.
    - Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional coordination


    {PREFER}
    - Having experience in import activities for FMGC products.
    - Having experience in product registration
