  <Job Summary>
  They are looking for Sales Staff at a major Japanese refrigerated warehouse company.
  To ensure a deep understanding of our warehouse operations, you will spend the first about 6 months focusing on Sales Administration tasks. Following this onboarding period, you will closely work with and learn sales strategies from the Japanese Manager. The expectation is that you will be able to independently handle new business development after one year.
  Please note that even after becoming an independent sales staff, you will still be required to perform Sales Administration tasks as needed. In this company, the role of a Sales staff goes beyond just acquiring new clients; you will be fully responsible for handling all operational workflows and procedures for your accounts from end to end.

  - Inbound and outbound operations at a refrigerated warehouse
  - Invoice creation
  - Understanding and operating the warehouse (inventory) management system
  - Communication with customers regarding inbound and outbound operations
  - Support: Support for sales activities and collection activities
  - Basic knowledge of refrigeration (electricity costs, etc.) pricing systems
  - Basic knowledge of logistics products
  - Participation in weekly meetings
  - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager
  ★ More than half of the tasks will be new business development (not alone for about 6 months, with a Japanese manager).
  ★ Depending on the situation, the proportion of administrative work may increase.
  ★ Once a new customer is acquired, I don't just hand it off to the administrator, but handle all the practical work myself.
