  <Job summary>
  This role supports the seafood wholesale business for Japanese supermarkets within the Food Division of a Japanese general trading company. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including accounting assistance and logistics coordination to ensure the timely delivery of fresh products.

  ■Accounting Support
  - Prepare and reconcile invoices related to seafood sales for Japanese supermarkets.
  - Assist in tracking payments and managing daily expense records.
  - Perform accurate data entry into the accounting system and organize financial documents.
  - Support the preparation of various reports for monthly closing.
  
  ■Logistics Coordination
  - Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics providers and warehouses to ensure seafood freshness.
  - Verify delivery routes and prepare necessary shipping documents, such as Delivery Notes.
  - Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular stock reports.
  - Handle primary communication and internal reporting in case of delivery issues or delays.
  - Other task will be assigned by the manager.
