• 仕事内容

  <Job summary>
  You will be in charge of Assistant in a big Japanese trading company.
  
  <Detail>
  - Joining meeting (including On-Line) which is held in Japanesae language, and share the meeting contents to Vietnamese National Staff accurately with nuance.
  - Reading and understand the emails which is written in Japanese language, and share contents to Vietnamese National Staff.
  - Customer attendance from Japan with communicating in Japanese language. (It might include business trip)
  - Back office procedure. (Issueing Debit Note, Expense Settlement, input data to accounting system, etc.)
  - Support for Sales and Marketing activity for Foods, Agricultural, Forest Products, and infrastructure department. (In the future, Company wish candidate to be able to work as a sales and marketing position, making use of Japanese language skills).
  - Other tasks from the manager
