    【Job Summary】
    Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing commercial operations both domestically and internationally. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, logistics, trading, and project teams to ensure smooth communication with customers and suppliers, accurate documentation, and efficient order management processes.

    This role is a key contributor to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth. The Sales Assistant will handle a variety of sales support functions from preparing commercial documents to assisting with trading and export/import procedures while maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery of services.
    The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking, has strong communication and administrative skills, and is ready to contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment.

    【Job details】
    -Customer and Sales Support
    -Communicate with domestic and international customers via email, phone, and other channels.
    -Prepare and issue commercial quotations and contracts in line with customer requirements.
    -Create and register INVOICEs and Packing Lists.
    -Record shipment entries and sales data into the accounting system.
    -Coordinate domestic outbound logistics including packing and delivery arrangements.
    -Trade and Export/Import Operations
    -Obtain quotations from overseas suppliers and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
    -Coordinate with freight forwarders for logistics arrangements.
    -Support procedures for Certificate of Origin (CO) issuance, marine insurance placement, and other export/import documentation.
    -Prior practical experience in trading or international logistics will be advantageous.
    -Site Support & Documentation
    -Prepare safety documentation such as contractor lists and qualifications checks.
    -Support customer application procedures including site entry/exit permits and equipment import notifications.
    -Administrative and Cross-Functional Collaboration
    -Maintain accurate records of customer files, supplier contracts, and internal reports.
    -Work cooperatively with accounting, operations, logistics, and project teams to ensure cohesive execution of tasks.
    -Support ad-hoc duties as required by the Sales & Operations teams.
    -The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director.

    【MUST】
    -Bachelor’s degree
    -At least 1 year of expreince in Admin experience in trade operations or on-site support.
    -English (Conversational Level)
    -Japanese N2(intermidiate Level or higher)

    - Having experience in a Japanese company.
