    【Job Summary】
    This Company is a dynamic technology and ICT solutions provider focused on digital transformation, network services, and data-driven business support in Vietnam. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & HR Executive to oversee our office operations in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administration, support HR and payroll functions, ensure legal compliance, and assist with accounting tasks. Experience in supporting expatriates and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles
    are highly desirable.

    【Responsibilities】
    -Office Administration & Accounting Support.
    -Payment Processing: Prepare and execute office and vendor payments on a monthly scheduled basis.
    -Accounting Liaison: Prepare bank statements and necessary documents for the monthly.
    -Accounting package; co-work with the external accounting firm to ensure timely monthly closing (end of month to early next month).
    -Contract Management: Review and renew supplier contracts annually, including office leases, expat housing, and company cars.
    -Business License: Coordinate ad-hoc business license updates in collaboration with external consultant (Handle updates to the business license as required (Ad-hoc)
    -Travel Arrangements: Arrange business trips for employees and expatriates.
    -Human Resources & Payroll
    -Payroll Calculation: Responsible for monthly salary preparation and payment processing and distributing payslips.
    -Labor Contracts: Manage employee labor contracts, appendices, and bonus processing
    -Expat Support: Cowork with consultants to provide comprehensive support for expatriates, including Visa/Work Permit applications and housing arrangements.
    -Employee Relations: Organize company events and manage the annual health check
    -Onboarding & MBO: Manage the boarding list for new employees and assist in preparing/updating Management by Objectives (MBO) and Core Value sheets.Legal & Compliance Reporting
    -Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit mandatory reports to government authorities, including National Insurance Office reports.
    -Report on Implementation of Investment Project.
    -Report on Occupational Accidents.
    -Unemployment Insurance Participation Report.
    -Regulation Review: Review related documents regarding local rules and laws on an ad-hoc basis..
    -Other related tasks.

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    -At least 5 years of experience in an Admin/HR Generalist role and Accounting tasks.
    -Understanding of accounting principles, payment processing, and experience working with external tax/accounting service providers is strongly.
    -Japanese (N2 Intermediate level)

    【Prefer】
    -Speak English.
    -Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and statutory reporting requirements.
    -Experience in handling work permits and visas for expatriates.
    -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
    -Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
