    【Job Summary】
    - Be responsible for supervising engineering department

    【Job description (details)】
    - Managing the customers' project about maintenance machines and equipment, construction…( Line equipment, steel plants, chemical plants)
    - Plan & Quotation work for all repair and installation machine activities of the customer.
    - Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
    - Implement workplace safety policies and standards.
    - Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
    - Sometimes go on business trips to neighboring provinces (not so often)

  • 応募条件

    <Must>
    - Education: College/University majoring in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical.
    - 8 years of experience or more in Construction Engineering or 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager/Supervisor
    - Have experience in a Japanese construction company (Plant, Building, etc.)
    - Know how to design and use AutoCAD 2D/3D, read and understand well drawing
    - Japanese N3 level and English (Conversational)
