    【Job Summary】
    The Interpreter cum Secretary will support the General Director and Japanese expatriate staff by providing interpretation, translation, and secretarial assistance.
    This position plays a key role in facilitating smooth communication between Japanese and Vietnamese employees, as well as handling administrative and coordination tasks for the management office.

    In addition, among the duties similar to those of an executive assistant, the main responsibilities will not be general administrative support.
    Rather, the focus will be on providing support (including interpretation) for handling and responding to presentations, Q&A sessions, and inquiries from various divisions during business analysis and KPI meetings that are all related to the retail industry.
    Therefore, we prefer candidates who have previous experience in the retail business.

    【Key Responsibilities】
    -Interpretation & Translation
    -Provide consecutive interpretation between Japanese and Vietnamese during meetings, training sessions, and daily communications.
    -Translate documents, reports, contracts, and emails (Japanese ⇄ Vietnamese).
    -Prepare bilingual materials and assist in internal/external communication.
    -Manage the General Director’s schedule, appointments, and business trips.
    -Coordinate meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes.
    -Handle correspondence, phone calls, and visitor reception.
    -Maintain confidential information and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments and external partners.
    -Assist in general administrative tasks related.
    -Support internal events, travel arrangements, and documentation control.
    -Perform other tasks assigned by the General Director or Japanese expatriates.

    【Must】
    -Bachelor's degree.
    -At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry, especially in Convenience stores and supermarkets.
    -Candidates must have experience or knowledge in sales, product development, or planning at retail companies.
    -Japanese (N2 advanced level)
    -Proficient in office tools.
