    <Job Summary>
    You will be a customer success in the SaaS company, which is a start-up.

    <Detail>
    - Provide post-implementation support and training to clients on system usage.
    - Conduct follow-up meetings to understand customer challenges and suggest effective solutions.
    - Support the sales team with product demos and client presentations.
    - Create and update user manuals or documentation as needed.
    - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
    - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
    - Occasionally travel to client sites for direct support or seminars.

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree.
    - Japanese: N2 Advanced level
    - English: Intermediate level
    - At least 2 years of experience in negotiation or coordination (preferably in the IT or SaaS industry)
