  【Job summary】
  You will be working as a sales manager at a children's entertainment company.
  
  【Job Detail】
  - Manage the operations and business activities of children’s entertainment stores nationwide.
  - Be responsible for achieving store budget estimates and promoting sales.
  - Research, study, and plan promotional programs across all stores to increase sales.
  - Manage work schedules and coordinate store staff.
  - Coordinate and resolve incidents related to customer service and safety.
  - Enhance and improve the quality of customer service.
  - Regularly visit stores nationwide to monitor operations.
  - Regularly research, evaluate, and analyze competitors, promptly reporting to superiors and proposing countermeasures.
  - Analyze, evaluate, and report on business performance, and propose improvement measures.
  - Develop business plans, in-store sales plans, and school group business plans; propose and adjust pricing policies.
  - Coordinate, evaluate, and propose improvements to sales processes and operational processes at stores.
  - Collaborate with related departments to achieve the overall goals of the company.
  - Perform tasks assigned by superiors.
