  【Job Summary】
  As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at a leading chemical manufacturer and distributor, you will drive revenue growth and market development by promoting a diverse portfolio including
  calcium carbonate, polymers, plastic additives, synthetic resins, and related chemical products across industries such as rubber, plastics, coatings, textiles, and food/pharma.
  You’ll craft and execute strategic campaigns, engage customers, and collaborate closely with R&D and regional teams to deliver value-driven solutions that align with industry needs and sustainability goals.
  Your role will be central to expanding market share in both domestic and international segments.

  -Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging customer needs, and competitive trends in the chemical and functional fillers space.
  -Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to key segments, including rubber, plastics, coatings, paper, adhesives, food, agriculture, and textiles.
  -Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing—while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  -Collaborate with R&D to translate product innovations (e.g., precipitated calcium carbonate, specialty fillers) into compelling value propositions.
  -Coordinate with logistics and regional offices to ensure timely delivery and technical support for clients across Asia.
  -Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and gather market insights.
  -Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and customer feedback summaries to guide continuous improvement.
