  Responsible for supporting our customers.
  
  【Job Description】
  - Enter production, inventory, or operational data accurately into the internal ERP or management system.
  - Upload and organize relevant documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, production records) into designated digital folders or platforms.
  - Input and update information in Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, or analysis purposes.
  - Perform basic data cleaning and formatting in Excel (e.g., filtering, sorting, using formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.).
  - Cross-check data entries for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed.
  - Maintain and manage digital records to ensure they are complete and up to date.
  - Support generation of simple reports based on entered data using templates or predefined formats.
  - Communicate with relevant departments (e.g., production, logistics, procurement) to verify or obtain missing data.
  - Follow internal procedures and naming conventions when handling data and files.
  - Assist in preparing and organizing data for audits or monthly reviews.
  - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.
