  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for working as a Marketing Manager
  
  【Job description】
  1. Main responsibility
  - Meet sales and profitability targets of the assigned market
  - Handle technical and product use to fulfill distributors' to users' requirements
  - Increase market share gain including identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, gathering market intelligence, reporting competitors’ movements, and recommending go-to-market counteractions
  - Manage and build on relationships with contacts to ensure positivity at all times
  - Regular reporting to the head of sales as assigned
  - Responsible for conducting presentations/training/troubleshooting to distributors, end users and joint calls with distributor personnel
  
  2. Job Duties and measurement
  - Responsible to fulfil sales and gross margin budgets (measure by actual invoice billing) of assigned market
  - Responsible to meet or exceed expected order book budgets in order to meet periodic sales goals (measure by actual invoiced billing)
  - Responsible to create pipeline of new sales leads and sales opportunities to reach target levels ( measure based on actual and qualified entries in CRM system)
  - Achieve at least 30% won rate out of the created pipeline of sales opportunities
  - Maintain customer face time at minimum 75%
