    【Job Summary】
    -Design and Bridge role between the Japanese and Vietnamese sides

    【Main responsibilities】
    1. Project Team Leader for System Development
    - Estimate man-hours (create WBS)
    - Project management (WBS management, issue management, task management)
    - Schedule management and reporting
    - Team building
    2. Handling Projects Following the Waterfall Model
    - Handle the requirement definition process and confirm with clients
    - Create basic design documents and confirm with clients
    3. Establish Processes and Review Deliverables Within the Team
    - Review design documents, source code, and deliverables
    - Quality management
    4. Communication with the Japanese Team or Clients
    - Explain the design and specifications
    - Create related documentation
    ★Development Environment:
    - Programming languages: PHP (Laravel, Vue.js), Python, Java
    - Infrastructure: AWS
    - Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
    - Issue management tools: Redmine, Backlog
    - Communication tools: Slack, Google Workspace

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
    - Practical experience in basic design (over 3 years) for projects with a scale of more than 50 man-months
    - Good in Japanese skills (JLPT N2 or higher)
    - Having experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) for more than 3 years
    - Programming experience (3+ years) or a degree in Information Technology
