  This position is responsible for leading the CAD engineering team.
  
  【Job description (details)】
  - Create technical drawings using AutoCAD based on PDF blueprints provided by the Japan head office
  - Receive instructions from Japanese engineers and appropriately delegate tasks to team members
  - Create and manage project schedules (work progress plans)
  - Read and understand Japanese drawings and instruction documents, and explain them clearly to Vietnamese engineers
  - Provide interpretation during online meetings and report progress when necessary
  - Other related tasks
