    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for working as an Accounting Supervisor

    【Job description】
    - Responsible for signing and receiving documents from departments.
    - Record for expenses, account payable transactions into SAP, accounting software.
    - Monitor, compare, check and recover house rental deposits.
    - Send information to create Vendor code for new suppliers, check AP confirmation minutes.
    - Monitor allocation of prepaid expenses.
    - Get account numbers of Purchase Requests, Approval Requests.
    - Support Fixed asset management.
    - Interpretation, translating content at work in Chinese for Accounting Dept.
    - Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree and above in Finance - Accounting/Auditing field.
    - Minimum of 2 years experience in a payment position.
    - Good communication (From HKS5 level), will be responsible for Chinese interpretation for the accounting department.
    - Knowing how to use SAP

    <SKILLS>
    - Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations.
