    Responsible for Sales Representative .

    【Job description】
    ・Rental Warehouse Leasing
    - Promote leasing of our self-developed rental warehouses (currently under development in Hung Yen Province)
    - Negotiate lease terms with potential tenants.
    - Review leasing agreements and support contract-related documentation.
    ・Construction Contracting
    - Collect business information from industrial parks, government bodies, and real estate agents through collaboration with Vietnamese staff.
    - Develop business relationships that lead to new construction contracts (factory, warehouse, office buildings, etc.).
    - Conduct research and planning for potential new real estate development projects.
    - Prepare proposal documents and other relevant paperwork.
    - Other related tasks

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - English: Upper-intermediate proficiency, with the ability to participate in business meetings with international clients
    - Candidates should meet at least one of the following criteria:
    1. At least 5 years of sales experience in industrial parks or government institutions
    2. At least 5 years of sales experience in general construction companies or construction-related industries
    3. At least 5 years of sales experience in investment consulting or corporate attraction projects

    【Prefer】
    - Japanese:N3 advanced level
    - Having a Real Estate Brokerage Certificate
