    <Summary>
    As an engineer, you'll be part of development projects of our own services and also those of our clients.
    In most development projects, engineers can take a lead in selecting technology for the project, thus you'll have a chance to learn new skills.
    In addition, you will be able to work while communicating with Japanese members, which will help you improve your Japanese skills.
    We also consider a career plan for you that will eventually allow you to play an active role as a leader/manager.

    Our company is doing 2 business as below.
    1) Developing own products
    2) Outsourced orders

    <Detail>
    ・Development & maintenance of web applications
    ・Custom application, or new module, specifications
    ・Communicate with Japan HQ every day via an online tool to check the situation (We have interpreter)
    ・Basically will use Java/Ruby-language.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    <Must>
    - At least 1-2 years of experience working with one of languages: java/go/ruby/react
    - Able to English communication skill - Conversational level

    <Advantage>
    - Japanese is a plus
    - Full stack experience is a plus
