    - Manage and monitor the progress of going projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
    - Tracking and reporting milestones, addressing delays, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
    - Act as the liaison between the onsite team, headquarters and customers to ensure smooth information flow and alignment.
    - Coordinate with factory teams to ensure necessary resources, tools, and manpower are available for project tasks.
    - Ensure all project activities adhere to safety, quality, and factory standards.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    [Requirements]
    - Bachelor’s degree in any major
    - Have at least 2 years working experience in project management / manufacturing environment
    - Languages: Fluent Chinese (equivalent to HSK5) & Basic English.
    - Hardworking and able to work well under pressure.

    [Preferred]
    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
    - Experience working at factories or manufacturing companies in positions such as Maintenance, Project Management, or Field Service Engineer is a plus.
