  Responsible for Accounting cum Admin
  
  【Job description(details)】
  - Perform administrative tasks such as ordering stationery, ordering food, water
  - Contact to repair, periodically check equipment, machinery, factories, manage and distribute uniforms
  - Book the flight tickts and hotels and so on
  - Responsible for accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and payroll
  - Responsible for month-end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet submission
  - Coordinate and direct the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections
  - Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
  - Review payroll taxes and ensure timely payment of payroll and corporate taxes by payroll service
  - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and bank reports
  - Meeting with accounting firm in Vietnamese
  - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager
