  Overall managing Material Control section (purchasing material from oversea and domestic)

  * Control manterial:
  - Optimize the stock level, classify it and make sure that the available stock and supplier's delivery schedule meet customer's requirement.
  - Check and follow up raw material shortage and supplier’s delivery confirmation to meet production plan.
  - Cooperate with other department catch up with customer's updated requirement to adjust material plan timely,....
  - Coordinate with other companies in Kaga's group for material support
  * Manage team:
  - Assign job to team members suitably to ensure smooth effective job
  - Training & coaching subordinates for skills up.
  * Report: Report to top management
