  • 仕事内容

    [Job description]
    - Pre-qualification check of goods to be imported from Japan.
    - Registering import-related permit applications (NOC, TCCS, QR, etc.) with government agencies.
    - After receiving approval, conduct trade operations in cooperation with the head office in Japan (in cooperation with customs clearance and logistics companies).
    （In some cases, inspect goods at the warehouse.)
    - Prepare labels for products to be imported, upload the information to the labeling system, and manage label inventory and order placement.
    - Manage inventory of labels and place orders. Translation of packages and materials, HS code check in advance.
    - Import license application work: trade practice = 70%:30%.
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director.

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - At least 1 year of experience of Import/Export tasks.
    - Japanese: N2 or Above with experience in Translating documents from Japanese to Vietnamese.
    - English: Basic(To make and understand the contract and any other documents.)

    【Prefer】
    - Experienced Start-up environment.
    - FMCG Industrial experience will be advantageous.
    - Studying in Japan will be an advantageous
