One of our clients, which manufactures multiple printers, is now looking for Corporate Services Manager.
You will be reporting to the Country Manager, and managing 2 staff.
The main responsibility for this position is to oversee and provide analysis of the Financial/entire HR strategies.
Finance:HR = 60%:40%
[What you will be working on]
-Talent Management such as Recruiting, Evaluation, Develop Recruiting Plan
-Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, and Payroll Matters
-Drive and implement the company's internal processes and operational guidelines
-Recommend enhancements to administrative and operational systems and activities.
-Strong in financial strategy/modeling/advising Analyse market trends and competitors and develop long-term business plans
-Liaison for IT queries between the local office and RHQ

-Degree in Business/Human Resource Management/Accountancy
-Possess Certification of Chief Accountant
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience with minimum 3 years of corporate finance exposure
-Around 1-2 years of HR full spectrum experience to understand HR roles is crutial
