  A. Server Management:
   Monitor & maintain Server system (Physical Server, VMWare Server, Linux Server).
   Windows Server hardware/ software troubleshoot and support.
   HP-UX, Linux Server hardware/ software troubleshoot and support.
  
  B. Network Management:
   Network device monitoring.
   Network configuration management.
   Incident and problem management.
   Capacity and performance management.
   Security device management.
  
  C. Other Jobs Management:
   Ensure the Anti-Virus up to date and apply to all PC clients.
   Ensure all server and PC is updated with latest Windows Update from Microsoft.
   Provide user Computer setup and configuration.
   Computer & Printer hardware service support and troubleshooting
   Control spare part Inventory for all PC's and printer's hardware.
   CCTV management.
   Technical support for end-user.
