Vị trí này sẽ: Phụ trách tổ nấu đúc inox SUS304 bằng phương pháp đúc mẫu chảy.Cụ thể:1 Công đoạn rút sáp:o Tiếp nhận khuôn đúc mẫu chảy đã được chuẩn bị từ công đoạn trước.o Tiến hành rút sáp và bảo quản vỏ khuôn trước khi đưa vào lò nung.2 Chuẩn bị nguyên vật liệu:o Chuẩn bị nguyên vật liệu theo đúng yêu cầu của đơn hàng (SUS303, SUS304, SS316…).o Kiểm tra, đo và xác nhận thành phần nguyên vật liệu đầu vào.3 Nấu chảy kim loại:o Thực hiện và quản lý quá trình nấu chảy kim loại.o Bổ sung phụ gia, điều chỉnh thành phần để đảm bảo vật liệu đạt tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.4 Đúc sản phẩm:o Thực hiện công đoạn rót kim loại nóng chảy vào vỏ khuôn.o Quản lý quy trình đúc để đảm bảo năng suất và an toàn.5 Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm:o Kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm đúc theo đúng yêu cầu kỹ thuật.o Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình đúc.
