Hỗ trợ kiểm tra mẫu, đánh giá fit/wear, đảm bảo sản phẩm được phê duyệt Tech 1 và RTB đúng tiến độ, sẵn sàng cho sản xuất hàng loạt.• Phối hợp & Xây dựng đội ngũ (20%) – Hướng dẫn, đào tạo đội ngũ nội bộ và đối tác nhà máy; duy trì giao tiếp và hợp tác hiệu quả với các bên liên quan toàn cầu để giải quyết vấn đề và thúc đẩy ra quyết định.• Cải tiến quy trình (15%) – Xác định và áp dụng các best practices về cấu trúc, vật liệu và quy trình sản xuất; hợp tác với nhà cung cấp chiến lược để phát triển và triển khai các dự án dài hạn nhằm nâng cao độ fit, hiệu suất và tính nhất quán của sản phẩm.• Đào tạo & Phát triển (5%) – Tham quan nhà máy, nhà cung cấp, cập nhật công nghệ và vật liệu mới; tham gia các khóa đào tạo, hội thảo để nâng cao kiến thức kỹ thuật và chuyên môn.
