【Job Summary】 Responsible for Chief Accountant to set up new factory【Job description (details)】- Managing and handling day-to-day accounts and related tasks across all outlets, including recording of receipts, cash flow discrepancies and item returns- Ensuring payments to suppliers are made on time- Monthly profit and loss report and analysis- Quarterly account closing and submission to accounting firm- Liaising with local and overseas vendors in arranging a smooth delivery process.- Ordering of shop supplies and following up with suppliers regarding any quality issues.- Coordinate vendors to ensure that shop repairs and maintenances are done on a timely basis.- Coordination of new shop openings with various suppliers and departments.- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager【Company/Job Attraction】- Parent company is global company based in Japan- You can contribute to company growth at start-up company because you are first menber- You can work by using your Chinese skill
