【Job Summary】- Responsible as a manager of technical plan.【Job description】1. Product improvement and on-site confirmation activities- Conduct product improvement activities.- Summarize and evaluate inspection results for improvement purposes and create reports.- Implement improvements and verify their effectiveness.2. Supplier guidance and management- Manage the progress of processes, samples, and specifications.- Confirm and control the accuracy of raw materials and PO transactions.3. - Hỗ trợ và xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất hàng loạt tại nhà máy- Tham gia vào giai đoạn xây dựng và phát triển sản phẩm mới (New Model Building)- Tìm hiểu và áp dụng kiến thức về dây dẫn điện (wire harness) sử dụng trong: Ô tô, Thiết bị y tế, Đồ điện gia dụng- Phối hợp và chia sẻ thông tin kỹ thuật với các cơ sở sản xuất ở nước ngoài để tối ưu hóa toàn bộ hệ thống- Hỗ trợ đề xuất và thực hiện các cải tiến quy trình sản xuất nhằm nâng cao năng suất và chất lượng- Đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của công ty- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của quản lý cấp trên
