Process Capability & SPC Control- Monitor and analyze process capability (CPK) during FAI and mass production- Establish and maintain SPC/WSPC control items for key quality characteristics- Track CPK trends, identify risks, and drive improvement actions with cross-functional teams- Escalate quality risks based on data analysis and trend monitoring3. Production Quality Issue Management- Lead or support investigation of production quality issues related to process or measurement- Perform root cause analysis and validate corrective and preventive actions- Review abnormal product disposition and conduct risk assessments- Ensure effective containment and permanent corrective actions are implemented4.
