  <Job Summary>
  A Japanese-owned wooden furniture manufacturer operating in Vietnam since 2001 is seeking a QC Manager Candidate.
  
  <Detail>
  - Oversee day-to-day Quality Control (QC) operations for wooden furniture production.
  - Supervise and support the QC team (currently 11 members) in quality checks, defect reduction, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
  - Maintain and adhere to ISO 9001 quality management standards.
  - Collaborate with Japanese managers and internal departments to align quality requirements and operational targets.
  - Handle production quality feedback and implement corrective/preventive actions.
