  ＜Job summary＞
  A major Japanese architectural design firm is recruiting an Architect or Senior Architect for its branch office in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will work in an international environment handling architectural and urban design projects ranging from residential to commercial developments. The position offers extensive professional growth through collaboration with global industry experts and key projects. Candidates will benefit from international training opportunities including dispatch to the headquarters in Japan. The firm seeks long-term, self-motivated professionals with strong bilingual or trilingual communication skills.
  
  ＜Responsibilities＞
  - Support architectural and urban design projects across various development sectors
  - Attend and facilitate presentations, workshops, and client project meetings
  - Support business development efforts by meeting potential clients and preparing project proposals
  - Analyze project sites and buildings to inform design solutions
  - Manage project design phases from initial concept through to authorship supervision
  - Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, furniture dealers, and product representatives
  - Direct and collaborate with team members to create design concepts and technical solutions
  - Coordinate with local government authorities and internal group departments
  - Perform urban design tasks periodically based on business needs
  - Other related duties as assigned
