  ＜Job summary＞
  A leading system integrator expands its operations to establish a new location. The firm specializes in factory automation and industrial equipment engineering. This role spearheads mechanical or electrical design for key client projects. Candidates will drive technical proposals and client communications in Japanese. This opportunity offers crucial career growth during a new site setup.
  
  ＜Responsibilities＞
  -Design mechanical or electrical systems for factory automation equipment and custom machinery
  -Create technical proposals and detailed blueprints tailored to industrial manufacturing clients
  -Conduct technical discussions with client expatriates and production engineering teams
  -Lead project execution and equipment setup for newly awarded large-scale factory accounts
  -Coordinate offshore engineering design services for mechanical and electrical projects
  -Support business development efforts by providing engineering sales and technical advice
  -Oversee quality control and testing of automated machinery prior to delivery
  -Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams between regional headquarters and branches
  -Manage customer technical requirements and translate them into specialized engineering solutions
  -Other related duties as assigned
