  【Job Summary】
  A leading Japanese construction firm is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee factory and warehouse projects near Ho Chi Minh City.
  The successful candidate will initially join operations in Dong Nai, transitioning to a major project in Binh Duong before managing long-term assignments.

  -Manage daily construction activities and operations on site
  -Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards
  -Monitor project schedules and track progress against key timelines
  -Enforce site safety regulations and promote standard protocols
  -Coordinate directly with subcontractors and site personnel
  -Prepare regular progress reports for management
  -Inspect incoming materials and equipment delivered to site
  -Resolve operational issues and technical challenges on site
  -Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  -Facilitate smooth communication between site staff and management
  -Supervise site staff during major project implementations
  -Assist with onboarding activities and adapt to company procedures
  -Support budget control and material resource management
  -Participate in regular safety meetings and technical briefings
