  【Job Summary】
  A leading Japanese manufacturing company operating in Vietnam is seeking a qualified engineer for PLC programming and Quality Control functions. The company specializes in delivering precision components and maintains high operational standards at its modern production facilities. This role is essential to ensure seamless factory operations by handling quality control tasks while providing immediate technical support for machine automation and electrical troubleshooting.
  
  The ideal candidate will join an established team at the Hung Yen manufacturing plant to oversee daily quality assurance and operational documentation. You will collaborate closely with Japanese management and local leaders to adjust PLC programs and minimize machine downtime. Candidates must possess practical engineering skills, strong attention to detail, and proficient Japanese communication to facilitate smooth technical guidance and daily workflow.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Inspect product quality and assist in daily quality control operations.
  -Prepare and update quality control documentation and standard operation procedures.
  -Maintain quality management records and track production standards.
  -Draft investigation reports and technical documents for customer complaints.
  -Troubleshoot, adjust, and modify PLC programs during machine breakdowns.
  -Operate and configure HMI panels and control system interfaces.
  -Perform basic electrical maintenance on machinery and control panels.
  -Coordinate with external electrical vendors when advanced repairs are required.
  -Support quality assurance activities at other factory locations when needed.
